Microsoft says attackers are exploiting a previously undisclosed security vulnerability found in all supported versions of Windows, including Windows 10

Got this today KB4541335
Had some hopes that they had developed and released an early patch.
Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case

MS deem it as critical but not critical enough to bother moving their sorry A and getting a security patch out sooner than April 14?. Makes me wonder sometimes who runs that Mickey Mouse outfit ?.
