Windows Explorer how to keep same folder-position in previous folder

Let's say i have a folder "something" with 100 other folders in it. If i open folder 30 for example, which in my current view is in the middle (so there are visible folders before and after folder 30) and i go back up to "something", folder 30 is now on the bottom. It drives me crazy. Can i disable this, so it keeps the same position?
