My PC is DELL Dimension 9100 with Intel Pentium D CPU and I have been running on it Windows 10 Pro version 2004 ( OS Build 19041.329 ) since 6/2/2020.

The DELL Dimension 9100 with its Intel Pentium D CPU is a pretty old and ancient desktop and I would try to update the Pentium 4 “D” cpu (if you can?) and also increase its ram, which is probably where your problem is with the ver 2004 and OS build updates and Win-10 Pro? As this desktop was designed for a Win-XP and came with the XP 64bit OS. The 7-8 year old laptop that I was talking about is an Acer Aspire V3-571G that is a much newer laptop and system with an Intel 3610QM cpu and 8GB ram and an Nvidia GeForce 640M gpu which works perfectly with all version 2004 and OS builds and came with the Win-8.1 that I update its BIOS from its OEM MBR/Legacy BIOS to its more modern UEFI BIOS that works much better with Win-10 Pro!

I tried to run the 64-bit WinXP Pro 'back then' but a couple of programs I needed wouldn't so I went back to the 32-bit version. Fortunately I was working in a computer store/shop so had access to resources.
