Windows 7 does not have a built in feature or function to mount ISOs natively.

Yes. I forgot Mount ISO feature starts in Windows 8.
My apology to the OP.
In that case, download the Windows 10 ISO to USB or DVD > set the Bios to boot from the media > insert the media > restart computer > installation will be gin.
