Have a look in the Defender config and disable thr Controlled Folder Access.

I am using Norton Security, so I have allowed "Windows Sandbox" in the Firewall settings, but still get the same result with the same "Error Message !!!.

Today I ran Microsoft Troubleshooter, and this also couldn't resolve the problem !!!! (Attached Results)
My question is :- Ethernet Adapter vEthernet (Default Switch): for Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter.
Should DHCP be enabled, as at present it isn't ?
