Can someone give me a better understanding and comparison between Qttabbar and Clover, Its my office system so i dont want to install something will create problem.
If you followed through with this topic you will have noticed that I stressed keeping away from current version of Clover (all written in previous posts).
I also provided a link with the last stable and version I trust and continue to use.

It does not auto update and the update link does not work so you have no concern of installing newer versions that are known to contain adware/blotware.
I have no experience yet of Qttabbar so I can't comment, but I see no reason not to try it.
Looking at the changelog displays that it occasionally gets an update

I would suggest trying them both out on a non essential PC - see what you think - run some scans before (start with clean system) and then after installation with the likes of malwarebytes or spybot to see if they pick up rogue background installations. Set a current restore point on your Win 10 before starting if you are nervous.
