Spam messages?

Thanks Bastet, I followed the steps you suggested, when I open “Filter Rules” I see “E-mail Filter Rules” and “Add New Rule”
below that is “Blacklist”.
There does not appear to be an option to insert your single filter :-
Sent Date Lower 04/10/2020
File into Spam

How would I do this please?
