Hey Heathsideboy,
I already solved my problem. I tried your method already but turns out the problem was actually my graphics software (amd radeon software) wasn't in my computer. I downloaded it and there were options to adjust my screen settings. It's actually the saturation of the colours. It was too low and I've already adjusted it. My screen is now back to normal. Had to actually do a deep search on that. Thank you anyways for putting down your suggestions. Peace
