I have found a good solution that works a treat. So easy to use and does exactly what we want. It is a free app called Web Tiles, from the MS store.
1. Download and install Web Tiles.
2. Browse the site that you want with Edge, and when loaded click the Share icon (to the left of the 3 dots top left corner) and click on Web Tiles.
3. Edit the name to what you want (15 characters) and crop the image as required.
4. If the image is not the one you want, in a separate window, search the website and save the image by clicking and holding on it Save Image As.
5. Open this image and edit it as required.
6. Click on DONE and pin the image. Job done, and all in Edge. It is a bit of a schlep, but works.
