Referring to the duplication thread

The link is worthless. It is not referring to the problem in hand. It is even offering a shortcut to Windows 7
I am posting here, to see if it is that particular thread that is totally affected.

Yea, it appears to be a system wide problem.

The forum is also slow to update.
For example I have been refreshing about every 30 mins, and then all of a sudden I see a post from you and it reports that the post was made 58 minutes ago.
