Posting Threads with some helpful information

I've added the basic system specs guide (and link for new users), but I'm looking at adding an advanced troubleshooting guide (i.e. if we need very detailed information we can ask them to post a msinfo32 dump as @Trouble suggested). I'll have a think on the best way to do this before adding it.

That's a very helpful start. Most times that basic information is enough.

The other information that is helpful is Driver details - so it'd be worth adding how to get that to the page.
