SOLVED OK, If I continue the Insiders Program, I auto accept terms?

My Bad - previous and current email were from MS.
But, I saw what I thought was a mainstream update so I said YES.
I suspect this turned ON Insider Update. I will be more careful in future.
PS: My previous Windows 7 & 8 beta usefulness seemed to be attributed to my ability to mess up extravagantly ??
Seems I have not lost my touch.
