With a subscription to Office 365 you get 1TB OneDrive cloud storage per user,60 minutes per month Skype calls per user. I've never heard of Office 3016, do you mean 2016? Office 2016 is a one time purchase and doesn't offer any any services that 365 does.

Click File tab > Options > Advanced then in the Display section change the value of Show this number of Recent Documents/Workbooks/Presentations to 0

as the standalone Office 2019 software will only be supported on Windows 10 and not Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 machines.

i think microsoft 2019 is so much better than the older versions like 2007, 2010 (i hope old school fans dont get offended )
but the price is a little high for the pro plus version ( i need publisher for my work) but I got mine from this website msofficestore.uk, the price was amazing and worked well
