I tried this but it didn't find the entries in the registry. However, I found some entries with VPN and avast in my registry. I did an internet search for avast an Windows 10 issues and found that others had the same problems described here because avast was incompatible with Windows 10. However, I don't have avast on my computer. I have Kapersky. So, I searched Kapersky and Windows 10 issues and found that Kapersky issued a software update that was recommended for users to install before upgrading to Windows 10. I downloaded the update and installed it on my computer with missing WIFI, rebooted, and the issues was fixed. I've been trying to fix this for about 6 weeks and the whole time the problem was because of incompatibility between the antivirus software and Windows 10.I think we have found the solution for the most of us:
There is a problem with VPN client out of updated, when you update to Windows 10.
Some of you have VPN client intalled?
If is your case, in this link and just 2 commands your problem will be resolved, like the mine was!!

I hadn't thought this was an issue because I was running Windows 10 with Kaspersky for 2 months without any problem, then on October 5, WIFI went out. I'm thinking some Windows 10 update at that time is what caused the problem.
So, in summary, the solution was to update the anti-virus software.
