SOLVED Microsoft demotes Windows 10 Redstone 4 build 17133 from RTM status

I'm wondering now.....
Since today is Friday and the RTM ISO is suppose to be available Monday with only two (typically non-working) days between, might we safely be able to assume that those of us who have the latest build complete with the recently release update (KB4135051) which bumped the build from 17134.1 to 17134.5 have what is likely to be the version that will be contained in the ISO on Monday.

17134.1 is the iso that was released. There has been no WU update to 17134.5.
KB4135051 is not in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
