SOLVED ISO file available for 18363 (19H2)?

Nope nothing so far that I'm aware of, although it's early Friday morning here so maybe later on in the afternoon.
Not overly hopeful as they seem to be focusing on the upcoming "Bug Bash" for 20H1

Anybody seen a build showing as 1910? Since it is almost the end of the month, 1909 would seem to be inappropriate..

I still have a hard time with seeing all the folks trying to update to 1903 that are having problems..

03 and 09 have been used several times as the month of release/Version number although at times it was past that before we actually started getting them.

Nope. The most recent 19H2 build available (updated yesterday) still reflects 1909

While 1910 would probably be the more accurate numbering, as the general public will not likely see it until October they haven't seen fit to reflect that in their version numbering.
AND
Since they've adopted the new numbering (as in 19H1 and 19H2 and 20H1) I am expecting them to drop the old reference to the year and month and simply keep the year followed by the H# reflecting the first and second half of that year (H1 and H2).

Almost a month ago, I used the ISO from Microsoft (noted in this thread) to upgrade both my Insider Slow Ring machine as well as my Insider Release Preview Ring machine to version 1909.
For the last few weeks I assumed that I had jumped the shark, as both machines were being neglected when it came to subsequent updates.
Fortunately today I manually checked both machines for available updates and found

So you have 18363.388 and I have 18362.388, what do you expect to happen on Tuesday after the notice in the last update?

IDK.... they'll likely issue another cumulative update, if nothing else just so everyone is on 1909 and probably bump the build number up a digit or two.
When they jumped everyone on the fast ring to 20H1 and left the slow ring and release preview ring in limbo, it was kinda difficult to keep track of "who's on first".

I did not have much experience with Dona but sorry to hear she is leaving the program and moving on..

IF I'm being honest, I don't believe I'll miss her.
Not to be overly critical but she never seemed to be as focused on the program as Gabe had been.
It seemed the program was a distraction from her other real interests so in that regard I'm glad she's moving toward something she's more interested in. Frankly I won't miss the fashion infusion but wish her all the best going forward.

In a lot of respects, I suppose it's a pretty thankless job so I suspect, volunteers for the job are going to be few.

Microsoft has confirmed that the next major update to its Windows 10 operating system will be based on the Windows Insider Build 18363.418, and will launch next month as the Windows 10 November 2019 Update - barring any major issues between now and then.

I read the Insiders blog which stated anyone that had the .418 extension did,, in fact have the 1909 build.

The discussions about them being able to turn on specific options for an OS makes me wonder if something on my public build has not yet been turned on. If everything is already available then a Nov. announcement will mean nothing.

So, if anyone knows of a specific feature I could check to verify if it is working on my public build, please advise..

All I know is I'm on 18362.418. And until changing to 18363.418, I'm still considered to be 1903.

I'm waiting on a public 1909 ISO drop. I was waiting on this ISO when my machine was automatically updated to 1903. I intended to skip 1903 on all the machines I manage.

Speak of the devil, check out this thread and look at page 2 and the post by PaulSey.. Changes may be coming. It looks like we are all in the Insiders Preview program until the official release.. Many folks are complaining about the last CU..
