SOLVED Failure to update to 20H2 (no error messages)

Oops. Apparently not quite done seeking your assistance! Following successful update, tried to run Windows Cleanup. Initial scan completes normally; when I ask it to compute potential system file cleanup results, nothing happens -- no dialog box, no spinning cursor -- nothing. If I close and reopen drive properties and attempt to run cleanup again, still nothing. Have to restart to try again. Same outcome.
