Hi,
After he reinstalled Windows 10 (and kept his files and settings), EDGE was still not working.
So this time, he uninstalled it without a third party tool.
He executed the script directly in Powershell (Admin), and the operation was successfull, no error.
But, EDGE wasn't working, still opening briefly and closing even faster !
So, he created a new account and... EDGE is working fine with that account.
Finally,it was the account that was corrupted.
Now, he's moving all his files and settings to that new account and will delete the corrupted one.
I guess he used the same ISO, so it means that his ISO may be corrupted ?!??
