I seriously don't know how but this did the trick for me.
I was trying everything from uninstalling Drivers and running them in compatibility mode (tried win7 and win8 as well) but nothing seemed to work.´
Then I did as you said, uninstalled, unpacked my Drivers to a Folder, followed all the steps with updating Drivers manually (like in the Pictures) and then a message popped up that the Drivers are already up-to-date and the Installation was done. First I thought it would be another failure but then suddenly the WiFi was on and all the available Connections appeared.

Thanks a lot!

BTW: I am working on an ACER Aspire V3-571G (Qualcomm Atheros Wireless Network Adapter)

Does device manager show the existence of a Bluetooth device? Is it enabled ? Does it have the ! showing it is not working, possibly a missing driver.

IT tech have 3 clients with same laptops running the 1705 wireless adapter and all drop or will not work added new netgear USB and all work. Dell drivers not working in 10 roll back to 7 /8 or get USB adapter.

An 8-year-old post and no information about the computer in the current question makes it difficult to answer. I use Bluetooth mice on most of my Notebooks and the Bluetooth Wireless is part of the Wireless adapter on the computer. I get the drivers from the maker of the computers, usually uninstalling in Device Manager and rebooting will reload the driver/s.
