Build 16237 for PC

I'll wait and see how long it takes to download, pre-install, then actually install *lol*

Like I said in another thread, I'm in the slow ring and just got 16232 yesterday. 9 hours to download and install, and 1 hour to fix everything it had set back to default. I've been thinking of going in to the fast ring, but I think maybe not, lol.
