< I would check this out, even if you do not have the program that this video refers to, you can still use this same method to find the source of the error.

Also worth noting that as per your post, many websites do carry google tag manager because it is a utility that is quite common.

That is strange, I have been using Minitool Partition Wizard 12.8 for a few years, and this error just started popping up now in Sept 2024 with different builds of Windows 11.
What is changed recently that causes this script error?

My thought is the issue occurs due to invasive advertising. I don't get it because I don't have Google Chrome installed and seldom use Google Search, prefer alternatives such as the Chromium Browser, Firefox Browser, SeaMonkey Browser plus others and DuckDuckGo Search engine.

it may be running as a service, so you'll need to stop it first then rename or delete the file.
