Hi Mylene,

I think you can use the same key for 32 as well as 64 Bit but I am not sure?. Maybe one of the others can answer that question?.

As far as cleaning more files goes, try the on-board disk cleanup utility from MS:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026616/windows-disk-cleanup-in-windows-10 ;)

When you install it, when it asks for a key, click on I don't have a key and it should (all being good) activate without a key on the same PC regardless of 32 or 64 bit?.

Look down at the little boxes on the left of CCleaner and look for "Windows old", if you have that, tick it and run CCleaner again, it might free up enough space for you!.

Failing that, un-install all apps that you can using the CCleaner removal function (Tools) and see if you can gain more space that way!. :)
