Word problem

On Windows 10, my Word stopped working. I cannot open any word document but I can email them to another and they can open them OK. I can open and work on Excel and Acrobat documents OK.

 

[Trouble]

Try using the run dialog box (windows logo key + R key) by typing winword.exe /safe
Use the file menu to browse to a word document and see if word will open it.
IF it opens then you likely have a plug-in that is causing the issue.

It might also be helpful to know which version of the Microsoft Office Suite you have installed.
