Windows Script Host ERROR

hELLO.
I have a QUEST Slimbook for about a month. 32gb etc etc.
When I open my windows 10, i get this message...............

The none english words are greek,and it says.... Error: It's not possible to find this archive/script from the system.

After this I GUIDED MYSELF to the solutions on youtube about the Windows Script Host.
After trying what I saw in the videos and ending up in the REGEDIT thing,I CAME UP with this founding........

as you can see,as I ALSO SAW IN THE VIDEOS,THE Enabled key i think its missing
i think the problem strted after using CCleaner.... i think sth was deleted(?)
Well,what should i do to get rid this message??? Thanx!!!!!!

So a visual basic script was deleted. All you really need to do is delete what is calling for it. Run the "Registry" option of CCleaner and see if it finds CrashHandler.vbs; if it does then allow it to delete the obsolete reference.
