Windows 10 has started to forget my bluetooth mouse, it picks it up as keyboard then a rapoo product. Little wheel spins on the screen and then the mouse dies. Batteries fully charged Panasonic. Not clue why it doesn't recognise it.
Solved, it seems to be a battery issue in the mouse. Took the rechargables out and put in ordinary ones and it worked, changed them for rechargable ones and it's back up and running.It's just the wheel that plays up now..it is strange.
