Stubborn icon refuses to get back to it's place on desktop

Recently I rearranged the place of icons on the desktop of my pc. It looks good and very clear now. But there is just that one and only icon (Norton 360) that choses it's own place on the screen. Please tell my what to do to get this icon at the place I want it to be permanently. Thanks in advance.
