SOLVED Restrictions on associating older programs with file extensions?

It seems like I can no longer associate a program of my choosing a file extension. Only choices are those that Windows 10 thinks are "modern" enough or "apps" they will allow be to shop for. The Windows 7 "Browse for program" option is no longer available.

Did I miss something?

It's still possible to do this, but it's not obvious when the app you want isn't listed. I've taken a couple of screenshots to show the process:

Once you've double clicked on the file, click "More Apps":

Then scroll to the bottom of the list and select "Look for another app on this PC". You can then browse for any app you'd like :):

That does it Ian. I was hung up on the "CHOOSE DEFAULT APPS BY FILE TYPE" where it doesn't seem possible to apply the same trick.
