random PC reboots for the past few months

I tried a complete Windows reinstall on a formatted drive, but the problem persists. Strangely, there are no BSODs or error messages when the reboots occur; the PC just restarts. Temperature doesn't seem to be the issue as it can happen even when the system is idle, and I monitor temperatures with HWINFO, which never show alarming values.
