For some time I've had the nuisance factor of "Not Responding" coming up repeatedly on Outlook. Most frustrating when in the middle of an email! But I realise the reason is because I have too many emails .. so am endeavouring to delete!
However, in the last 2 days, having deleted about 1,000 emails, I am suddenly UNABLE TO TRANSFER FROM INBOX TO EXISTING FOLDERS.
An error window comes up: [Cannot move the items. The server responded: "Mailbox doesn't exist: Personal Folders ......" ] proceeding to name the folder I'm trying to move the item to! This is a process I've been repeating endlessly until today, without any difficulty.
Is it simply a matter of investing the time to delete, delete, delete .. or does someone have another idea, please?
