Hey everyone,

I have a network issue.
I'm not able to see any Network Adapters in my Network Adapter Settings, although my Device Manager has the adapters in it.
I already updated the drivers.

Besides this, my Windows Defender Firewall is also turned off and I'm not able to turn it back on. Not even with the Services.

If I run ipconfig in cmd, then I see that my Wireless LAN is disconnected.
The Ethernet connection also shows the Default Gateway as a IPv6 address.
Via this Ethernet connection, I'm only able to surf to Google and Facebook (probably because of it being IPv6).

Pinging is also not an option, because it says "unable to contact ip driver".

Many options that I have found online did not resolve this problem.

Can somebody help me?

Click the start button (windows logo icon) bottom far left on taskbar and type
ncpa.cpl
hit enter
Change the view to details and post a image / snip of what you see.
