Login with username

Hi
I got a pc with 3 accounts. Admin, and account 1 and account 2. I can login with account 2 with mail and password, but this account dont have admin rights. I have username and password for account 1 with admin rights, but but no mail.
Is there a way to login without mail, or a way to find the mail?

There is a default Admin account but it usually is hidden, can be activated when needed but should be deactivated when finished. Are the other 2 accounts yours? Usually works to log into an account with admin rights then change the other account from Standard to Admin. Don't have a clue as to the mail, how it is being accessed such as from an installed E-Mail Client like Thunderbird, Office Outlook, etc., or if it's Webmail/Online E-Mail in the browser.
