Please help, we are not tech zavvie, so would help if answers were in step by step form.
We brought just over a month ago a brand new pc, which we had built. It came with win 8.1, new to us, we had upgraded to win 7 from vista what came with our old PC from Aldi.
On getting our message we could upgrade to win 10, thinking as its a new PC and little on it, few games and had added our music collection, it be as easy as the upgrade to win 7!.
After the first reboot, the monitor went black and no signal appeared, we left it, as the lights were flashing as if working, after several hours of nothing, we had to press the power button in to reboot, as still no signal on monitor, after getting the Asus logo, then after some more reboots we got the windows logo and then the circling balls! Then No signal, after some online searching found a suggestion to wiggle mouse and press space after the asus logo disappeared, hey presto it worked, logged in and PC told us needed to finish install, it rebooted ok, so thought all was fixed, the first update failed but 2nd try a success.

Used PC no issues noticeable, turned off for night, went to bed, morning turned it on, got to the circling balls after windows logo and again failed No signal, after roughly 30 tries, it booted with the monitor working, the mouse waggle and space not work, the control key and blind typing of password not work!

As its sealed by the place we brought it from, opening the case will invalidate the Warrantee, so can't go tampering with the insides.
I found a video about checking for duplicate screens, when I did get it finally loading with the screen getting past windows circling balls to log in page. It showed no duplicates.

Please can anyone help us, as it is most annoying to have to sit and reboot, use the keyboards shut down (or power off on tower) n then reboot for half hour-hour until it finally boots with a link to the monitor that stays. Thanks kindly.

just incase it helps we had no problem with 81 (also now the new speakers pop loudly 2x a second now, tried moving wires from other things, they did occasionally with win 8.1, but not now win 10 its constant, noticed too that the fan a cosair cx series 750w atx psu -oem sometimes is on constant even through the temperature is 38- 40! Since upgrading to win 10!. There is a signal as we get the Asus logo, followed by windows logo and the circling balls.

our pc is if helps with finding why the 'No signal' problem and what we can do, as when works is ok, when not uts made a new computer no better than having to reload a game with a cassette on a zx spectrum! 30minutes loading only to find it fails, remember that, you went off to get a drink or snack or do bit housework while waiting!

Anyway our PC is a:Eclipse Supernova intel core i7 4790k Devils Canyon quad core 4Ghz, ASUS motherboard, Asus 4Gb AMD Radeon R9 290x directCUII PCI-e 3.0 VGA Card, Hyper x FURY 32GB mem kit (4 x 8GB) .

don't forget simple step by step as not familiar with win 8 1 let alone win 10! Thanks for any help.
