My method!
Hopefully, as it is just installed, you do not have a lot of software on yet.
I would start again to keep it simple.
Firsts install Windows 7. No frills, a straightforward install.
Create a second partition.
Now install Windows 10, again, no frill. Select a customised install and make sure you install in the empty partition.
Windows 10 is more sophisticated. It will detect the other OS and set up a dual boot.
Done. You can then add refinements that you wish.

If you have 2 separate partitions and one with already installer windows 10, you can simply install windows 7 into another partition without boot iso or usb..

First download WinNT Setup from here then select windows 7 iso in 1st field and installation partition in other fields. Now click setup and i ll start to install 7 into desired partition. After that you can choose any os from next reboot.

THis will only take 15 minutes to complete. Hope this helps.
