So Windows did an upadate last night and now everything, including desktop icons, toolbars, all text and webpages, is smaller. Is there any way to fix this. I'm tempted to just restore to a previous point. But then it will want to update again and I may be back in the same situation. Any ideas? Anybody?

Yes. Settings -> display -> Scale and layout. The update probably set it to standard size so just set it to 110 or 125%
Worked like a charm. thanks so much! (I could probably have figured it out myself eventually but I am having so many tech problems right now I just couldn't deal with it.) BTW, F*** Cox isp.

How to Change the Size of Desktop Icons in Windows 10, you ask? Here are the steps:
1. Right-click on an empty space on the desktop.

2. Select View from the contextual menu.

3. Select either Large icons, Medium icons, or Small icons. The default is medium icons.
