Can no longer burn cds with itunes

Since upgrading, cannot burn cds. Never had a problem before.

Here's the diagnostic report. I do not understand why, in this report, it says I'm running Windows 8 because I'm not.

The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4450(0x00001162). It happened on drive D: SONY DVD RW AW-Q170A on CDR media at speed 48X.
