Zoom - Server Not Found after Win10 update

After the most recent Windows 10 update, cannot access Zoom site. Get Server not Found error. Suggestions?

The Zoom app won't launch. Hence, can't see 'site permissions'. It eventually comes back with "Server not found". Can't go to the Zoom site to troubleshoot, install, nothing.

Do you still have a copy of the .exe in your downloads folder?. If you do, uninstall the one you have and try a fresh install!. ;)

That's was my first try. Uninstalled Zoom, then reinstall, except this particular laptop cannot get to the Zoom site to install, do anything.

Here's the deal...it's been working for months. Troubleshooting 101: we look for what changed. The only thing that changed was the Windows 10 update. Not using any AV app, only Windows Defender.

Hi Gitanajo,

do you have any restore points set?, try rolling back to before the latest updates caused the problem. :)
