When I try to log in with my PIN, I receive a message that says, "Your PIN isn't available." Clicking on it suggests downloading an app from the Store, but nothing happens when I click on that. I followed a tutorial where they restarted the PC while holding Shift, then went to Troubleshoot and Advanced Settings. However, when I do the same, I only see options to go to the BIOS and Standard Options. Going to Standard Options doesn't help. I don't have another device to create a bootable USB stick. Can someone please help me?
