Wrong target for hyperlinks

I'm not too hot at this so please excuse me but I seem to have made a change but can not find how to rectify it. Not sure if it is Windows 10 or Outlook based. When I click on any hyperlink in a message it does not go to the target but to my IE Home page.
I'm sure it is a simple issue but I can't seem to sort it. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks
