Wireless works fine.
My Network adapter is a Broadcom Netlink Gigabit Ethernet.
I have a Dell Studio XPS i7 Q 820 @1.73GHz 8GB.
Device properties say "This device is disabled. (Code 22) Click Enable Device to enable this device."
After installing win 10 a few days ago ethernet worked fine, then failed a few times and was back on after rebooting. Finally today, after failing, reboot got stuck and I had to force it manually. Now the ethernet is disabled and does not start automatically after rebooting.
I see here
http://www.eightforums.com/network-sharing/33594-windows-8-1-loses-wired-internet-connection-3.html
people with the same network adapter were having the same problem upgrading form win 8 to 8.1.
Is it a known problem? Any fix? Any suggestions?
I like win10 but there are way too many issues. Most of them were known problems also in previous version. I wonder why they are still there.
Thanks for your help.
