Windows won’t start, always a blue screen error.

I first got the blue screen error “NTFS File system”. After that I kept getting the error when restarting “Bad System config”. I tried to use the Automatic repair, but It said that if couldn’t find anything wrong. I tried resetting(Keeping and deleting my files), but it then said “There was a problem restarting your PC”.

I tried accessing the command prompt, but the commands I found online needed admin privileges, and I’m not sure how to get them since I can’t just click run as Administrator.

How old is your computer especially the hard drive? From what you are describing it seems that your hard drive is on the brink of failing permanently. Do you know by chance what brand of hard drive you have?
