Windows Updates hangs

I had a problem with Windows Update just showing a stream of dots from left to right indefinately. Also Windows Store would not open.

I resolved this by uninstalling a trial version of Norton Internet Security. The only 100% working security for W10 I have found so far is ESET smart security 8.0.319.0.
