I have a problem with my windows 10 laptop, everytime I go to shut down it =give me the option to update and shutdown or update and restart.
Everytime I shut down or restart, no update installs.
These options are still available on the power icon.
I have tried to enter the Update and security settings, but while the other settings pages load this on simply does nothing, not even the loading dots circling.
I have tried stopping the wuauserv from an elevated command prompt but it fails to stop!
The update troubleshooter finds nothing!
Any ideas?
