Tried to put a new theme for Windows 10 and find that those taken from the Microsoft app store just won't apply although they show as downloaded and even appear in the personalise menu right click on the desktop. Have tried wsreset several times but it makes no difference. The themes show as compatible with my computer. This is following a fresh install of Windows 10 updated to latest. Is this a known issue? It is only those taken from the store which will not apply although they do install.

Is this a known issue?

I've not had a problem with the few I've used on different machines, both x86/32-bit and x64/64-bit. My favorite is Reflections and set as Slideshow. I check the application of them by right-clicking the Desktop and choosing Next desktop background.
