Windows taskbar moved to right side of window

Following a reset, one of the windows of my two monitor system has moved to the right side of the window.The other is still at the bottom of the display.

How do I move this back to the bottom of the window?

Try this:
right click an empty space on the misplaced taskbar. Left click on Taskbar Settings. Set Lock the taskbar to off. Select Taskbar location on screen. Select your preference.

You should be able to LEFT click on the task bar and drag it back to the bottom.
But, to prevent it happening, then, after you have positioned it correctly, lock it. (right click the taskbar - lock)
