Newly purchased hp spectre laptop and created a windows account.
Problem = when I go to download e.g. BBC iplayer (or any other app) it doesn't show up unless I select show all and then says only available on xbox.
Attempts to resolve - reading several other similar threads...unsuccessfully. Have checked under settings that I am logged in on the windows account that I set up, on windows log in it acknowledges that my hp spectre 360 is linked to the account (no other devices linked). Have attempted to wsrest and troubleshoot windows stores - no issues found and problem not resolved. Any help much appreciated!
Error message that comes up is "Where do you want to install. It looks like you don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft account.To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account"
