SOLVED Windows Search and Indexing

Both have stopped working on HP Laptop. Just finished reinstalling windows and other apps. SFC Scannow is clean and DISM is clean. Have tried ALL fixes googled but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
Also Windows Explorer hangs and has to be restarted quite often.

It was simplicity itself! I simply deleted the data files, logged into my Microsoft account, restarted laptop, and all started immediately, Pure LUCK!
