But evidently, Windows "Mobile" is not, or at least not exactly.
By way of verifying my poor decision making when it comes to the few hundred bucks I've spent in the past year on two different Windows 10 phones, I've been reading up on something called....
Andromeda OS, which if I'm reading correctly is Windows 10 with CShell (Composable Shell) targeted for mobile devices running on ARM chips.
Supposedly, Microsoft has a device in the works which they intend to introduce either late this year or early next year, which I assume will be another "Surface" device which may be or at least have phone capabilities, but

Not sure I'll be able to afford one, whatever it is. Still licking my wounds over my two previous bad decisions.
Although I'm certain there'll be many who flock to the next shiny new thing.
Pretty sure somewhere in Redmond there's a banner hanging with P.T. Barnum's quote
"There's a sucker born every minute"

Whatever that meanssupposedly not competing with traditional smartphone manufacturers, but instead creating a new market category.
