Windows movie makers

I reset my Surface Pro4 and lost my Windows Movie Maker. I depend on it a lot. Anybody can help? Either way to download it somewhere or a replacement software recommendation would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Movie Maker is/was part of Windows Live Essentials which is now discontinued, I however have the installer saved:

I have always found Movie Maker to be great for what I needed..simple, no frils, and easy to use..if not a tad slow on rendering.
