When I click to open a video using Windows Media Player, it becomes "stuck" (circle of death mode) until the video ends. I'm unable to use any of WMP options for playing the video nor can I pause it. Online guidance is to locate WMP using Settings and Apps, then to Repair or Reset the app. However, WMP doesn't show up on my list of apps, though I 've used it for years. My computer has the latest Windows 10 version running. How can I at least verify I have current drivers installed to use WMP?
