Is it possible to delete all storage folders in windows 10. I do not need them

What are you referring to as "storage folders"?
Perhaps an image of File Explorer with a few pointers or circles indicating what exactly you would want to "delete"?

Perhaps I should have called them storagee bins. In order to make clear what I mean I enclose a clipping. It is about the section headed by =opslagmappen= which I want to delete

I'm sorry, I can't tell anything from the image that you've attached.
Not even what program may have produced the image.
Perhaps someone with better language skills may be able to identify it and provide further assistance.

You can delete the items in the folder, by right clicking. The delete option is there.
If you want to delete the Storage" folder item itself, go here:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail
There you can right click the folder and delete it. I would not advise it, as Windows LIve mail uses the folder periodically to store your files when they become excessive.
